Where do our flowers come from?

We place great importance on the origin of our flowers. Most of our producers are based in Belgium and neighboring countries (Netherlands, Germany, France), as well as Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

In addition to reducing the carbon footprint, this also ensures better freshness thanks to a short supply chain.

How do we keep the surprise?

We always call the recipient for logistical and efficiency reasons. However, we simply introduce ourselves and tell them that we have flowers to deliver, without saying who they are from. For this, the message card can obviously be useful. It may happen that the recipient forces us to give the sender’s name, otherwise they refuse the delivery. In that case, we provide it.

And what if the recipient does not answer?

Depending on the situation, we either take our chances or postpone the delivery until we get a response. If we have gone there and no one is present, we never leave a bouquet at the doorstep, risking it being damaged or stolen.

What to do if the flowers arrive damaged?

Each bouquet or floral arrangement is carefully prepared by our florists.
However, it is rare for transport to damage any flowers. If this occurs, you have the option to send a claim by email on the same day, including photos.
